This was the second tree we had removed from our property. My only regret is that we did not use Advanced Tree Services the 1st time. Frank and his crew showed up on time and ready to work. The crew scaled the 55+ ft. Cottonwood like they were born to do it. I watched as they cut the tree and carefully lowered each section to the ground taking extreme care not to damage the nearby fence. At all times the crew was in a good mood and worked together as a well-oiled machine. I was amazed at their teamwork and professionalism. After the tree was down they all pitched-in and performed an amazing clean-up. The complete project was completed in only 6 hours....heck, they didn't even stop for lunch. Frank did not disappoint. After spending about 45 minutes with me walking the property Frank had all he needed. Within 24 hours a received an estimate. Very reasonable as far as pricing goes. After reviewing the estimate I decided to make a couple of changes to what Frank and I discussed. I emailed him back my changes, and with minutes I received confirmation that his crew could handle my amended request. Frank and his crew showed up two days later and completed the job exactly as planned. And in some cases better than discussed as the crew took extra steps to ensure clean sight lines as they cleared out some over growth.
